Children continue to bear the burdens of the existent inequality in access to health, education and socio-economic services. Acorn Kids International Charities (AKI Charities) was born out of passion to bridge the gaps that exist among the under privileged children and other vulnerable groups especially women in our society with right information; access to quality health care services, clean water, just climate, Good governance and quality education, as well as fight injustices meted to these target groups in order to uphold equal rights and privileges to all irrespective of age, sex, education, tribe and economic status etc.
A few years back, we were little boys and girls living in villages with unhealthy obstacles that negatively affected the realization of childhood dreams. We struggled to reach here. Thanks to well-wishers, today we are here committed to transforming communities, to create an enabling environment for the village girl and boy child to set, live and achieve their childhood dream.
Who We are
Acorn Kids International Charities is a Non-Governmental Organization registered in 2023 with the Kenyan government through the National NGOs Registration Board.
With a mandate to bridge the vulnerability gaps among the under privileged groups especially women and children in our societies,
we are committed to transforming communities, to create an enabling environment for the village girl and boy child to set, live and achieve their childhood dreams.
